I design SaaS products where the hard part is not just the interface, but the workflow behind it: permissions, integrations, edge cases, onboarding, admin tasks, mobile use, customer behaviour and technical constraints.
My strength is turning messy customer and business requirements into clear product flows, prototypes and buildable software.

Prototype the experience
I use Figma, Claude and ChatGPT to explore flows, test assumptions and create clear product direction.
Make it buildable
I work closely with developers to hand over practical specs, UI states, acceptance criteria and product logic.
